Patternmaster chokes, Winchester Ammo, Browning rifles, Remington rifles

In a case that highlights just how important it is for people to engage in proper gun safety when they own a firearm, a man in Florida was hit in his thigh by a round of Winchester ammo from his shotgun on a recent weekend and when the police inquired as to who might be responsible for such an injury, the man reported that it was his bulldog that accidentally shot him. The dog’s name was Eli and the report said that the man who was accidentally shot was driving his truck in a county outside of Tampa, Florida when the dog became excited and accidentally hit the rifle which discharged it.

After being treated at the local hospital in Tampa, the man was apparently released. The man was originally traveling with a friend in addition to the canine and was only about a mile and a half into the woods when the accident happened. This case is a perfect example of why proper gun safety should always be practiced, especially when there’s any Winchester ammo around that’s otherwise inside of a gun when it’s not under the specific control of its owner.

Another recent case that was somewhat similar involved a man in Utah who was hit in the behind by birdshot after his dog accidentally stepped on his shotgun when the man and his dog were on a boat. That case simply illustrates how vital it is for anyone who is involved in various types of hunting to keep a close eye on their firearm.
